Question 1

Do I need to download an app?

Accepted Answer

No. Cheera works in your browser. Sign in with a magic link — no password to remember.

Question 2

Is my board private?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Only people with your invite link can join, and you can revoke that link at any time.

Question 3

How long does my board last?

Accepted Answer

Free boards stay live with no time limit right now. We plan to introduce a 3-month window for free boards in the future — upgrading a board (one-time £7.99) will make it permanent.

Question 4

Can I remove myself from a tag?

Accepted Answer

Yes, anytime — tap the tag and remove it, no need to ask whoever tagged you.

Question 5

What if I want to post more than one video?

Accepted Answer

Free posts allow up to 5 photos or 1 video (60 seconds). Upgrading a board raises video length to 5 minutes per post.
